Rosslare specializes in rechargeable batteries and accessories for demanding portable products. Our offering ranges from a full line of standard rechargeable battery packs, battery chargers and accessories such as hands-free kits, to custom rechargeable battery packs and electronics for OEMs.
Rosslare specializes in turnkey product solutions; we have the knowledge and expertise to create the initial design or modify existing products in a bid to yield lower costs and prompt improved performance. With sales, product management and a distribution network in the USA, we provide our clients with industry leading service and support, backed by large scale manufacturing in China, as well as engineering facilities in Israel, Hong Kong and the USA. Together we provide a powerhouse of capabilities suited for high volume, quality driven applications.
Today we specialize in all facets of rechargeable product technology. All products manufactured by Rosslare consist of specialty lead-acid, Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, LiION and Lithium Polymer chemistries.

Rosslare provides a wide range of battery pack models for two-way radios, cellular phones, cordless phones, video camcorders and digital cameras. Models are available in NiCd, NiMH, Lithium Ion, and Lithium Polymer technologies as single or multi-cell battery packs.
Our clients rely on us to design safe and reliable custom packs from simple sealed lead-acid packs to complex Lithium ion packs. All our battery packs feature charge control and safety electronics and are developed with electronic safety control, monitoring, and charge control circuitry.
At Rosslare we offer a complete turnkey solution to help you bring your new products to market quickly and cost effectively. We design and build our battery packs based on different cell chemistries including; Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, Li-Ion, Li-Polymer. The Battery Packs feature any of these combinations: 1s1p, 1s2p, 1s3p, 1s4p, 2s1p, 2s2p, 2s3p, 2s4p, 3s1p, 3s2p, 3s4p, 4s1p, 4s2p, 4s3p, 4s4p, from very low to high discharge rated battery pack depending on the customer's requirements.
In a bid to meet all our client's needs, we offer a wide range of legend battery packs and chargers that work with some of the most recent as well as legacy rechargeable products. In some cases Rosslare is a last resort for clients depending on older as well as brand new packs.
Rosslare’s replacement products are available as a private label for select products belonging to secondary rechargeable product clients.
The battery packs are available in bulk or in consumer retail packaging.

Power Supplies
We design and manufacture power supplies for battery chargers and security / access control devices. All supplies are tested in-house by R&D, DV, Engineering and QA and backed by many agency approvals.
